Hello students/parents/guardians!
We are working with Adrenaline Fundraising for our first fundraiser of the year Thursday, October 2nd. We have used this company before with success (as well as Athletics, Theater etc). As with any fundraiser, student participation is optional. The funds raised from this fundraiser go to social events, after school parties, field trips, equipment, meals, and items necessary to having a successful program. Every Band member will benefit from the money raised. The fundraiser coordinators have asked us to send out this handout prior to Thursday for greater success. More info will be distributed Thursday.
- Parents/Guardians, please note: If your child is 12 or under, there is one extra step that is required. They will need to get a code from the parents. So, students are encouraged to sign up today in order to complete that extra step.

We will be launching our Briscoe Band “Power Hour” Challenge on Thursday, October 2nd.
Each student needs to gather 25 or more cell phone numbers of their biggest supporters, i.e. Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, family friends. Please have these cell numbers put onto the attached call list (reverse side). Please fill this out & bring sheet on Friday.
***Note: Phone numbers are private & are only used by your student for Fundraising. ***
A personalized text message will be sent with a donation link, followed by a call from your student to each of their potential donors. Advance notice to potential donors will be helpful. There are NO EMAILS to collect; there will be some texting, followed by a phone call and that’s it!
